Terms of service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and vaulb for using the service. By creating an account or using vaulb, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.

What vaulb is

vaulb lets you build and publish a page — a vault — that shows your work, your story, and reviews from your customers. We provide the tools; the content on your vault is yours.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Keep your information accurate, and do not share your account or let others use it to break these terms. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to use vaulb.

Your content and how you may use vaulb

You keep ownership of everything you add to your vault. By publishing it, you give us permission to host and display it so the service can work.

You are responsible for your content, and you agree not to use vaulb to post or do anything that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, is misleading or impersonates another person, is hateful, harassing, or abusive, or that distributes malware or violates others' privacy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reviews

Reviews are written and submitted by other people, not by us. We do not write, verify, or endorse them, and we are not responsible for what reviewers say. To keep reviews honest, the owner of a vault cannot edit or delete reviews left for them — but you can report a review that is fake, abusive, unlawful, or not from a genuine customer, and we may remove reviews that break these terms.

Removing content and closing accounts

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or the law, or to protect the service and its users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will try to let you know.

Our intellectual property

The vaulb platform itself — the software, design, brand, and name — belongs to us. These terms do not give you any right to use the vaulb brand except as needed to use the service normally.

The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep vaulb running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular result — for example, that a vault will win you work. We rely on third-party providers (such as hosting and email) and are not responsible for their outages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, vaulb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or a nominal sum.

Your responsibility to us

If your content or your use of vaulb causes a claim against us from someone else, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your use

You can stop using vaulb at any time and delete your vault and account from the dashboard. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use vaulb after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
