Respecting copyright
vaulb lets people upload their own work — photos, images and text — to their vault. You may only upload material you created or have the right to use. Uploading someone else’s copyrighted work without permission is not allowed and may lead to removal of the content and termination of the account.
Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on vaulb infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@vaulb.co including:
- Your name, address, and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on vaulb where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake. We may restore the material after the period required by law unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
Designated agent
